       Strawberry Almond Butter

 

Clean and hull the strawberries and press through a colander.
Cream butter with powdered sugar and work in the strawberries.
When well mixed, stir in almonds and pinch of salt, if desired  

            Strawberry Butter

1/3 c Fresh or frozen strawberries OR 1 ripe peach
1/8 c Powdered sugar
1/4 c Or 1/2 c of softened butter W

ash and halve the fruit only if its fresh. If its frozen, just leave them as is. but the SOFTENED butter, sugar, adn fruit in a blender and whirl away until fluffy. If you must, store the butter in a tight container in the fridge
