Orange Honey Butter
1/2 cup butter -- (1-stick)
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Cream butter until fluffy; beat in honey and orange peel. Serve at room
temperature. Makes about 2/3 cup.
Orange Butter 2
3 lb unsalted butter
8 lb honey
2 lb light brown sugar
1 1/2 t cinnamon
3/4 c brandy
2 t lemon zest
1/3 c orange zest
combine butter, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixer bowl
process at medium-low speed until well blended and fluffy add brandy, lemon
zest,
and orange zest-mix well spoon into a pastry bag, fitted with a large star
tip
pipe rosettes onto parchment or waxed paper chill until firm serve
slightly chilled or at room temperature
Orange Butter
1 cup butter -- softened
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon orange peel -- grated
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
Blend together and store in refrigerator.
