Chiptole Mayo
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Dairy Sour Cream
1/8 t Oregano Leaves; Dried (Optional)
2 ea Chipotle Chiles should be the ones that are canned in adobo sauce and
should be finely chopped.
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Makes
about 1 cup Mayonnaise
