Chinese Mustard
1 c Brown Mustard
4 tb Cilantro, Chopped
8 ts Water
4 ts Sesame Oil
Stir all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill
overnight to allow flavors to blend. To serve, bring to room temperature. Makes
1 cup.
