Lynn's Black Berry Butter

 

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2 T seedless blackberry jam
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans

Beat the butter, blackberry jam and pecans in a small bowl until blended.

Chill, covered for 8 hours.

Note: Melt the butter and pour into molds for a nice effect at mealtime.

Makes 3/4 cup
