Honey Mustard
1/3 c Dry mustard
1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Brown sugar, packed
1/4 c Cider or red wine vinegar
1/4 c Oil
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with a wire whisk or beater, till
smooth. Put into a small non-metal container and refrigerate overnight. Stir
before serving
Honey Mustard 2
3/4 c Dijon-style prepared mustard
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Honey
2 tb Dry mustard
In 1-quart saucepan, heat prepared mustard, oil, honey, and dry mustard just
until boiling, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; cool and spoon mustard into jars or crocks. Seal and store
in the refrigerator
