Tex Mex Salads

 

Kat's Shrimp Avocado

 

1 1/2 lb Small shrimp cooked 
1 pkt Shrimp boil 
1 stalk minced celery 
6 x Green onions, chopped 
5 x Avocados 

 Method : 
Cook shrimp according to shrimp boil directions. cool and peel. Combine shrimp, celery, and onions. Halve avocados and place shrimp mixture in each half. Top with vinaigrette sauce.
