     Lynn's Baked Oysters with Thyme

Sea Salt
24 small oysters on the half shell
6 tbs soft unsalted butter
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbs minced shallots and minced parsley
2 tbs lemon juice
white pepper
12 thyme sprigs

Heat oven to 500.Place sea salt on 4 plates. Place oysters on cookie sheet and refrigerate.

Crème the butter with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place 1 tesp. on each oyster with
thyme sprig. Place in oven 3 min, until butter bubbles. Transfer to plate and serve
