              James's Oyster Bienville

 

Rock salt
Oil
2 T butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup each of green onions, parsley, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese
Tabasco Sauce
1 T lemon juice
1 t black pepper

1 dozen oysters on the 1/2 shell

Sprinkle a layer of salt on a shallow pan. Arrange oysters (in shells)
over salt. Saute onions, parsley, and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients;
 mix well. Spoon mixture over oysters. Bake at 4250F for 6-8 minutes,
until the edges of the oysters begin to curl
