Oyster Casseroles

 

Lynn's Oyster Casserole

 

1/3 cup Margarine or butter, melted
1/4 lb Ritz crackers, crushed lightly
1 lb Oysters, shucked, drained, liquid reserved
1/4 cup Milk
    Salt and pepper taste

 Method :
1. Butter a 1 quart ccasserole dish
2. Mix oleo or butter with crackers until well distributed
3. Place 1/2 of cracker mix into casserole.
4. Spread oysters over crackers.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper , and pour milk and 1/4 cup oyster liquid over all.
6. Sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture.
7. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
