Lynn's Scalloped Oyster Casserole

 

6 tbl Butter
2 cup Oysters
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbl Parsley, chopped
1 1/2 cup Cracker crumbs (saltine)
1/4 cup Half and Half
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

 Method :
Preheat oven to 400 .
In a small sauce pan, over low heat, heat the butter, and stir in the saltines.
In a 10 x 6 inch baking dish, arrange 1 of the cracker crumbs, top with undrained oysters.
In a smallbowl, mix half-and-half, salt and worchestershire sauce, and pour ocver oysters. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, then with remaining saltine mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned and bubbly.
