Cullen's Oyster Wild Rice Casserole
1 pkt Wild rice
1/2 cup Margarine
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 pt Whipping cream
1 pt Oysters, well drained
Salt & pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Method :
Cook rice according to the package directions. Make a sauce of the soup, cream,
onion powder, curry powder, salt & pepper & 1/2 cup of cheese.
Butter a 9x13-inch casserole. Put a layer of rice, a layer of oysters, and a
layer of sauce. Top with remaining cheese & bake at 350 for 30 minutes or
until bubbly.
