Granny's Oyster Cooked Chicken Casserole

 

1 pint oysters
1 chicken, cooked, boned and cut in large pieces
20 crackers coarsely crumbled
1 8 oz can mushrooms
Salt & pepper
Butter
1 cup rich chicken broth, from just cooked chicken
2 tbs heavy cream
Parsley

Layer oyster, chicken, crackers and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and
dot with butter. Combine broth and cream and pour over. Bake @ 350 35-45 mins.
