Lynn's Liver Peanut Pasta

 

 2 tbs Oil
      1 lg Onion; chopped
      2    Cloves garlic; chopped
      1 tesp Fresh ginger; grated
      1 lb Chicken livers; cut in bite
           ..  sized pieces
      1 tbs Flour
      2 tbs Roasted peanuts; ground
      1 lg Tomato; peeled & chopped
    3/4 tesp Basil
      1 c  Chicken stock or water
      1 tesp Ground coriander
      1 tesp Salt
      1 tesp Fresh chili; chopped
           Black pepper
      8 oz Spaghetti; cooked
      2    Hard boiled eggs; quartered
 
  1. Sauté onion, garlic & ginger until lightly
  browned. Add liver & cook 2 minutes. Sprinkle with
  flour, cook until slightly browned. Stir in
  peanuts and cook another 2 minutes.
  
  2. Add tomato & basil; sauté 2 minutes. Stir in
  stock, coriander, salt, chili & pepper. Simmer,
  covered, 5 minutes.
  
  3. Arrange pasta on heated platter & top with
  liver mixture. Garnish with eggs and serve.
 

 

What is the good of drawing conclusions from experience? I don't deny we sometimes draw the right conclusions, but don't we just as often draw the wrong ones?
