Special Crepes
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten
11/2 cups milk or beer
2 tbs butter
Sift flour and salt together. Combine eggs, milk, butter and beat well. Gradually
add
flour mixture to egg mixture. Beat until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours,
overnight is better.
Place 2 tbs of batter in 6" skillet for each crepe.
A bird in the hand is a certainty, but a bird in the bush may
