Banana Pancake
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Filling
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Bananas, halved lengthwise (stir into filling just to coat)
Top
Whipped cream, cinnamon, strawberry for decorating
Mix flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl. In separate bowl combine milk,
eggs, vanilla and butter. Add to flour mixture until moistened. Heat a small
skillet (6 inch). Add 3 tablespoons batter, spreading to cover bottom of
skillet. Cook until browned on each side. Makes 10-12 pancakes.
Wrap a pancake around each banana. Decorate top with whipped cream, cinnamon
and strawberry.
A too constant preoccupation with money may seem to indicate the
