Ihop Pancakes
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg OR 1/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
-Pour the batter into a skillet over medium heat, forming 5" circles.
-When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes. They should be light brown.
-Cook on the other side for same amount of time, or until light brown
