Pharonise Cream Pancakes

 

2 large eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup cream
3/4 cup sifted flour

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored, then beat in salt and sugar. Add water, cream and flour to egg mixture, beating after each addition. Let stand 30 mins, then beat again and
drop by spoonfuls greased griddle. When bubble turn. The longer the mix set and is beaten
the lighter the cakes.

It's fine to believe in ourselves, but we mustn't be too easily convinced.
