Granny's Buttermilk Blueberry Pancakes

 

2 cups Bisquick Mix
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)

In a small bowl, combine egg, milk and vanilla. Add this to the Bisquick Mix. Blend together until all ingredients are very moist, then fold in blueberries. Ladle a 1/4 cup for each cake onto a prepared hot griddle. Serve with warm syrup and extra blueberries. Makes about 8 medium size cakes.

Vegetarianism is harmless enough, though it is apt to fill a man with wind and self righteousness.
