Pharonise French Pancakes

 

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
`1/2 cup milk
powder sugar
Syrup

Preheat oven to 400F. Melt butter in 9" cast iron skillet. Mix flour, milk and eggs together and
whisk until smooth. Pour in melted butter and mix well. Pour mixture back into hot skillet
and return to oven for cooking. Place on lower rack for about 12 mins then to top rack about
12-15 mins. a large bubble will arise, this is normal. After brown, remove from oven and dust
with powder sugar.. May add fresh fruit and fold and slice in wedges. Serve with syrup
