Kat's Whiskey Molasses Pecan Pie

1 1/2 c Unsulphured blackstrap -molasses
2 tbs Jack Daniel's Whiskey -or- 2 tb Bourbon
4 ea Brown eggs, beaten
2 tbs Whole wheat flour
1/4 tesp Salt
1/2 tesp Nutmeg ground
1 tb Organic Valley butter
1 c Pecans

Beat all ingredients well, except pecans. Stir in pecans, pour into a pie crust & bake 40-45-mins. at 350-deg F.
