Millionaire Pie
11/4 cup confections sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1 egg
Vanilla
1 9" baked pie shell
11/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 tsp unflavored gelatin
11/2 crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Cream 1 cup sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla with electric mixer, using
high speed, for
10 mins. Spread evenly over baked pie shell. Refrigerate. Whip cream, 1/4 cup
sugar and
gelatin until firm. Fold pineapple and nuts into whipped cream mixture. Spread
mixture
into cool pie shell. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
Winners are losers who gave it one more try.
