  Cheery Cocoa Pie

 

1 graham cracker pie crust                                             
1 8 oz creme cheese
1/4 cup sugar                                                                     
1/4 cup cocoa
1 egg                                                                                  
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup non dairy whipped topping thawed                          
1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling chilled

Preheat oven 350, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar and cocoa mix well
add egg and almond extract. With spatula place into crust, spread evenly.
bake 35 min. Cool and refrigerate. Before serving add cheery pie filling
and non dairy whipped topping.
