 Shanna's Lemon Pie

 

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tbs flour
1 tbs cornmeal
1/4 cup half and half
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbs grated lemon rind
1 unbaked 8" pie shell

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. In a bowl combine sugar, flour and cornmeal
and mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients to the eggs a bit at a time. Add butter, stir then lemon juice and stir. Stir in grated lemon rind. Pour into shell and bake @ 375F for 40 min.
