1 hard boiled egg
1 finger sausage
2 tbs Cheddar Cheese
2 pieces toast cinnamon sprinkled with cinnamon with 1
tbs honey.
1 half canned peach
1 glass skimmed milk
Lunch
Mustard 1 corn tortilla, add 2tbs onions, and 1 cooked turkey hot dog.

make a pot for the week.
8 crackers with Hot picante sauce Cullen's

5 baby raw carrots
Dinner
2-3 alcohol drinks with water
1 small lamb chop cooked Granny's Lamb Chops with GarlicL4
2 cloves garlic minced and added to potato.
1 cup baked potato 1/2 sweet and 1/2 red potato with olive oil (no butter)
11/2 cup broccoli
1 Serrano pepper
1 bowl salad Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, dried Basil leaves and bell
pepper.
Dressing for salad vinegar
1 slice Portuguese or Italian bread usually 21/2 inches in diameter sliced about
3/4 inch thick soaked in olive oil.
a little red wine
Note; If your using this to maintain your weight. Do not use other days. Use
this day and substitute steak, chicken or pork chop for lamb chop for variety
also for variety substitute a Chulapa for hot dog and eat reasonable amounts.
Note: The onions, garlic, hot peppers and picante sauce are not only good
for you but can speed up your metabolism. So eat more if you can.
Note: A red bell pepper has 5 times more vitamin c than a green one.
Note: Check the calories on the turkey dog some have 90 calorie some
