Breakfast

Black coffee
 1  Kat's Tex Mex Eggs TMB34
1 finger sausage
2 tbs Cheddar Cheese
2 pieces  toast cinnamon sprinkled with cinnamon. Eat 1 dry and 1 with 1 tbs honey 
1cup Lynn's Morning FruitBR10
1 glass skimmed milk

Lunch

 Mustard 1 corn tortilla, add 2tbs onions, and 1 cooked turkey hot dog.
Kat's Hot Dog Taco TAC22
3/4 cup pinto beans canned or Kat's Pinto Beans M24 make a pot for the week.
8 crackers with Hot picante sauce Cullen's Picante SauceSC16
iced tea
5 baby raw carrots

Dinner

2-3 alcohol drinks with water

2 cloves garlic minced and added to potato.
11/2 cup cooked Spinach
1 Serrano pepper
1 bowl salad Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, dried Basil leaves and bell pepper. 
  Dressing for salad vinegar If your tired of salad go to salads and pick another one.
1 slice Portuguese or Italian bread usually 21/2 inches in diameter sliced about 3/4 inch thick soaked in olive oil.
