Day 2

Breakfast

Black Coffee or tea
1 glass skimmed milk 
1 hard boiled egg
1 finger sausage
2 tbs Cheddar Cheese
2 pieces  toast cinnamon sprinkled with cinnamon with 1 tbs honey 
1 half canned pear with 1 tbs cream cheese

Lunch

 Mustard 1 corn tortilla, add 2tbs onions, and 1 cooked turkey hot dog.

3/4 cup pinto beans canned or Kat's Pinto Beans M24 make a pot for the week.
8 crackers with Hot picante sauce Cullen's Picante SauceSC16
iced tea
5 baby raw carrots

Dinner

2-3 alcohol drinks with water
1/2 chicken breast cooked
2 cloves garlic minced and added to potato.
1 cup baked potato 1/2 sweet and 1/2 red potato with olive oil (no butter)
11/2 cup turnip greens
1 Serrano pepper
1 bowl salad Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, dried Basil leaves and bell pepper. 
  Dressing for salad vinegar
1 slice Portuguese or Italian bread usually 21/2 inches in diameter sliced about 3/4 inch thick soaked in olive oil.
a little red wine
