Day 4

Breakfast

1 fried egg
1 finger sausage
2 tbs Cheddar Cheese
2 pieces  toast cinnamon sprinkled with cinnamon. Eat 1 dry and 1 with 1 tbs honey 
1/2 cantaloupe
Black Coffee or tea
1 glass skimmed milk 

Lunch

 1 cup  Shanna's Texas Shrimp Salad SA38
1 slice onion
1 plum tomato
8 crackers with Hot picante sauce Cullen's Picante SauceSC16
iced tea
5 baby raw carrots

Dinner

2-3 alcohol drinks with water
 6-8 shrimp Nancy's You Peel'em SH8 with Shanna's Cocktail SauceSS2
2 cloves garlic minced and added to potato.
1 cup baked potato 1/2 sweet and 1/2 red potato with olive oil (no butter)
11/2 cup Spinach
1 Serrano pepper
1 bowl salad Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, dried Basil leaves and bell pepper. 
 Dressing for salad vinegar
1 slice Portuguese or Italian bread usually 21/2 inches in diameter sliced about 3/4 inch thick soaked in olive oil.
a little red wine

Note; The cocktail sauce contains horseradish which is great for you.
