Black coffee
1 hard boiled egg
1 finger sausage
2 tbs Cheddar Cheese
2 pieces  toast cinnamon sprinkled with cinnamon. Eat 1 dry and 1 with 2 tbs molasses 
2 slices pineapple with cream cheese
1 glass skimmed milk

Lunch

 Pile this chalupa high with Romaine lettuce and tomatoes Shanna's ChalupasM25
Iced Tea
Slice of onion 
5 baby raw carrots
8 crackers with Hot picante sauce Cullen's Picante SauceSC16

Dinner

2-3 alcohol drinks with water
1 small lamb chop cooked
2 cloves garlic minced and added to potato.
1 cup baked potato 1/2 sweet and 1/2 red potato with olive oil (no butter)
11/2 cup cooked cabbage
1 Serrano pepper
1 bowl salad Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, dried Basil leaves and bell pepper. 
  Dressing for salad vinegar
1 slice Portuguese or Italian bread usually 21/2 inches in diameter sliced about 3/4 inch thick soaked in olive oil.
a little red wine
