Cullen's Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce

 

Mushroom sauce

 4 tsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cup halved fresh mushrooms                                           
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary                                                  
salt & pepper
2 cloves garlic minced                                                             
2 tbs butter or marg
1 cup chicken broth                                                                  
1/4 tesp celery salt

Cook mushroom, onions and garlic in butter until tender.
Stir in cornstarch, rosemary, celery salt, broth,  pepper & salt cook 2 more min.

4 center cut pork chops 3/4 in thick

Place chops on unheated broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 in from heat for 12-14 min
