Granny's Ham Hash

 

3 cups potatoes                                         
1/2 cup vinegar
3 cups cubed ham                                      
2 cups milk

Boil potatoes in jackets, cool peel and cube. Place all ingredients in skillet
cook uncovered 1 ti 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, so hash does not scorch.

One reason why I don't drink is because I wish to know when I am having a good time.
