Kat's  Herbed Garlic Pork Chops

 

2tbs all porpoise flour 
1tbs chopped fresh basil chopped
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
4 center cut pork chops 3/4 thick
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs cooking oil

in a shallow dish combine flour, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Coat pork chops
on both sides with flour mixture. In a skillet cook garlic in hot oil for 30 seconds
Add chops uncovered over medium heat for 5 min, turn and cook 5-7 min more.

He's very clever, but sometimes his brains go to his head.
