Lynn's Oriental Chicken
21/2 lb Chicken cut up and skinned
2 gloves garlic diced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup beef bouillon
2 4 oz cans mushroom and juice
2 tbs dehydrated onion flakes
1/8 tsp curry powder
pinch ginger powder
2 ribs celery coarsely cut
1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
1 medium bell pepper sliced
1 4 oz can bamboo shoots
Using a non stick skillet, brown chicken on all sides with garlic about 10
min. Add soy sauce bouillion, mushrooms and juice, onion , curry, ginger and
salt. Cook in covered pan about 35 minor until chicken is almost done. Add
celery, bean sprouts, bell pepper and bamboo and cook uncovered 5-7 min. Veggs
should be crisp serve over rice.
