  Lynn's Rosemary Chicken

 

1 3lb cut up chicken or chicken breasts only
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup wine
1 16 oz can tomatoes
1 jalapeno chopped
2 tbs crushed rosemary
1/2 tbs garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat chicken with flour. Melt butter in pan
and brown chicken on all sides. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil.
Turn down heat until simmering. Cover and simmer 30 mins.

Cool off with ice cream? Wrong. Ice cream feels cool, but it is loaded with calories (units of heat) and actually makes your body warmer.
