Singapore Chicken
1 box chicken flavored rice
2 tbs butter
3 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
2 green onions chopped
1 clove minced garlic
3 oz sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup prepared brown gravy mix
1/2 cup white wine
1 81/4 can pineapple slices
Prepare rice according to pkg directions. Melt butter in skillet. Add
chicken
and sauté until brown on all sides. Add green onion and garlic cook until soft.
Add mushrooms, gravy mix and wine. Simmer 10 mins or until chicken is tender.
Remove all from skillet. Quick fry pineapple slices in skillet. Serve over hot
rice.
