Veronique Chicken
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups light creme
1/2 pd seedless grapes
2 tbs chopped parsley
Flour the Chicken Breasts. Melt butter in a skillet and add chicken. Sauté
3 min on each side, remove chicken, add garlic and onion and cook 3 min.
Stir in flour to make a thick paste, add wine and stir while adding broth and
cook 1 min. Add cream and stir until sauce is thicken. Return chicken and grapes
and cook about 7 min. add parsley and serve
