Cullen's Garden Chicken Sauté
2 tesp olive oil
1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 gloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
2 3oz package Ramen noodle soup mix
2 tesp dried Italian seasoning
1 cup baby carrots
2 cups sliced Zucchini
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high until hot. Add chicken and
garlic.
Cook and stir 4 to 5 min or until chicken is browned, stir in water, soup
mixtures,
Italian seasoning and carrots and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook
6-7 min
or until carrots or crisp tender. Break noodles in half. Add noodles and
zucchini. Bring to
boil, uncovered 5 -6 min or until zucchini is tender.
