Pork & Green Chili
1 lb Ground Pork, 90% Lean
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 (1 1/4 oz.) packet taco seasoning mix
1/3 cup water
1 cup shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
1 egg
1 cup biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup milk
sour cream, optional
guacamole, optional
shredded lettuce, optional
diced tomatoes
Beat egg in a small bowl. Stir egg, butter and cheese into grits until butter
and cheese melt. Remove from heat and let cool
Serving Suggestions: Top with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce
and diced tomatoes. Serve with fresh-cut peaches or fruit of your choice.
