Cullen's Pop's Pork Chop Casserole
6 thick pork chops
6 thick sliced tomatoes
salt & pepper
2 1/2 cups bouillon
flour
1/4 tsp thyme
cooking oil
1/2 tsp basil and marjoram
1 cup rice
6 slices onion
6 thick slices bell pepper
Flour seasoned chops. Brown on both sides in small amount oil.
Place rice in large shallow casserole dish, place chops on top of rice
putting, sliced onion, bell pepper and tomatoes on each chop.
Sprinkle with herbs, salt & pepper cover and bake at 350 for 50 min.
