Cullen's Bacon Zucchini Casserole

6 slices bacon, diced 
1 cup chopped onion 
3 1/2 cups sliced zucchini 
1 can tomato sauce, (8 ounce) 
3/4 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon pepper 
15 Ritz crackers, crushed 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
Fry bacon lightly in a large skillet. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in zucchini and tomato sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish and sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes.
