Pork Chop

Shanna's Crunchy Pork Chop

2 8oz pork chop with bone
1 large egg
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp oregano
salt & pepper
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbs grated Parmesan
1 cup frying oil

In a bowl combine the egg, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper and beat with a fork. In another bowl
mix Parmesan and bread crumbs. Coat both sides of pork chop in egg mixture and dip into crumb mixture.
In a  skillet add oil and heat until crumb sizzles  add chop and cook 5-6 min each side.

The next layer, the stratosphere, continues from 10 km to about 50 km. Most atmospheric ozone is concentrated in a layer in the stratosphere, about 15–30 kilometers above the Earth's surface.
