Pork Chop

Kat's Plum Pork Chops

4 center cot pork chops 3/4 in thick
1 clove garlic split

Rub both sides of chops with garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and serve with plum sauce

Granny's Plum Sauce

3 tbs plum preserves
1 green onion thinly sliced
1 tbs soy sauce
3 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp curry powder
Dash cinnamon and ground red pepper

Add all to a pan, over medium heat until bubbly.
