4 lg. chops, about 1 1/2 inch
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing
3/4 c. diced, peeled apple
1 sm. onion, peeled and diced
2 tbsp. melted butter
About 1/4 c. apple juice
Flour, salt, pepper
2 tsp. oil
1 lg. red apple, sliced thin
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Slit chops to make pocket for stuffing. Combine
stuffing, apple, onion, butter, and juice. Fill pocket and fasten with
toothpick. Dust chops lightly with flour and season with salt and pepper. Brown
in oil and place in baking pan. Arrange apple slices over pork chops. Cover with
foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. 4 large servings
While modern
technology has given people powerful new communication tools, it apparently can
do nothing to alter the fact that many people have nothing useful to say.
