Cullen's Dutch Apple Potato Salad
2 red apples, cored and diced with skin on
2 cups cooked beef, diced
1 large dill pickle, diced
4 cups cooked potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup oil and vinegar dressing
Mix ingredients. Serve over lettuce. Garnish with pickled vegetables or chutney
if desired.
