Cullen's Chief Potato Salad
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Romano cheese -- grated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
4 medium Potatoes -- Peeled, Cooked, Cube
In blender, mix together egg substitute, Italian dressing, cheese,
Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt until well blended. Add to potatoes in a
bowl and toss to mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
