Granny's Turkey Potato Salad
5 large potatoes
1 cup shell macaroni, dry
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 sweet pickles, chopped
1 cup peas
2 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
***Dressing:***
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Zesty Italian dressing
2 tablespoons pickle juice
Boil potatoes until tender. Allow potatoes to cool, then cube. Cook, then drain
the macaroni according to directions on the macaroni package. While the macaroni
is cooking, mix the dressing in a small bowl and set aside.
Lightly toss the cooked and drained macaroni, cooked and cubed potatoes and the
remaining ingredients. Once tossed, mix in the dressing. Serve hot or chilled
