4-6 medium potatoes
1/2 lb smoked bacon
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
Salt & pepper
Parsley
Cook potatoes in skins do not over cook, drain cool peel and dice into 3/4
cubes. Fry bacon till crisp remove bacon sauté onions in 1/4 cup bacon
drippings. Add sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook slowly
until ingredients are well blended. Place potatoes in 3 qt casserole. Pour sauce
over them and let stand a few min. add crumbled bacon do not stir bake covered
about 20 min.
The next time someone says you “eat like a pig,” take it as a
compliment! Pigs don't overeat, and their diet is the closest to the human diet
of any other animal
