Back To Poultry Burgers

 

Shanna's Chicken Breast Filet & Tarter Burger

 

15 oz Chicken breast Filets
1 x Bun, old or piece of bread
1 x Egg
1 x Onion
1 x Garlic Clove
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Majoram
1 tsp Chives, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
4 x Hamburger Buns
    Lettuce leaves
    Pickles, sliced
    Tomatoes, sliced
    Tartar Sauce
1 tsp Bread Crumbs

 Method :
1.Ground the chicken twice. Soak the bun or bread in water, squeeze out add to the meat. 2.Mix in the egg, seasons and breadcrumbs; form four burgers. 3.In hot fat fry burgers golden brown on both sides. 4.Serve in the buns spread with tartar sauce,l ettuce
