Back To Poultry Burgers

 

Shanna's Ground Turkey Currant Burger

 

1 lb Ground turkey
2/3 cup Currants
1/2 cup Seasoned bread crumbs (whole grain)
1/4 cup Onions, minced
1/4 cup Celery, minced
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/2 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Vegetable salt
    Pepper to taste
2 tbl Butter

 Method :
Combine turkey and currants. Add next 7 ingredients and mix until well-blended. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Make 3-inch patties and fry over medium heat. Turn once, when browned, then serve.
