Shanna's Ground Turkey Herb Burger
2 lb ground turkey
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 env dry onion soup mix - (1 oz)
1 tbl minced fresh or
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
(or 1/2 tspn dried rosemary)
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
8 x hamburger buns
TOPPINGS
Honey mustard
Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Sliced tomato
Method :
Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into 8 patties. Grill over medium-high heat
(350 to 400 degrees) 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
Serve on buns with desired toppings.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
